Fried Egg

Honestly, I am confused about what will I write. Food and drink, what kind of food and drink I will write?? I have no idea. Then, like a flash light, an idea of explaining fried egg come up. Fried egg, hm... I love it, how about you?

Firstly, some fine-big eggs will be chosen. It is selected from so many eggs and the fine-big eggs will be separated to go to another step of cooking. When a frying pan is waiting for them, they will be mixed in one bowl to have a yellow dense color of egg.

Secondly, the ingredients which make the taste of the eggs even better are prepared. They may consist of garlic, chili, some vegetables, meat or nothing. The taste of taster becomes the dominant part when putting the ingredients. Some people would like to mash their ingredients, but it would always be mixed with the eggs.

Finally, when the frying pan with the oil is hot, the eggs will be cooked. The style of cooking depends on us as a chief. Then, after the ingredients and the eggs are well-cooked, it can be served hotly with rice or not.
